I just left this restaurant. I ordered a burger basket. After she took the order, the cashier stood at the register and ate a cookie. Then she licked her fingers as she counted money. Then she went to the fry table, put cheese on the burgers and put the buns on the fryer table. All without ever washing her hands! When I requested a refund, she was very rude and threw the money back @ me. I asked why didn't she wear gloves. She said gloves are nasty. I told her licking your fingers, counting money, and handling food are even nastier. I won't EVER eat here again!!!!!! |

I've never actually stayed at Charlies to eat -- I always get lunch or dinner to go. But the place is nice, the employees are attentive and courteous and the service is fast. But best of all is the food! Try the chili cheeseburger. It's worth risking a little indigestion! |
