The week of August 15-20, 2004, we received two free meal orders due to the loss of call-in orders and a subsequent thirty minute wait (yes, thirty minute wait) for our order (of cold food, but free food!) |

I just purchased a chicken strip dinner and have never been more disappointed by a Sonic in my life. What you are calling chicken strips are slightly larger than Chicken Nuggets. I asked for onion rings instead of fries and the rings I received were old enough that they left a puddle of grease at the bottom of the box. As a former Managing Partner of a Sonic I would have been totaly embarassed if I allowed a product looking like this to leave my store. I cannot believe that with the fast food market as competitive as it is you would be so uncaring. I still enjoy Sonic but I will not return to Brenham's Sonic. |
