Burger King of Newberry is probably one of the worst restaurants in town. As a local I would not advise the visitor to stop there. Why?
First, the food is substandard. Often the bread for hamburgers is aged, hard and cold. Secondly, the fries and onion rings are generally not fresh and often the fries are cold and "clumped" in the carton.
Second, the service is terrible. From rude front register help to very rude and inefficient drive-thru help on up to the management, dining at Burger King in Newberry is hit and miss. If you're lucky, you'll get what you ordered with a minimum of fuss and maybe even some acknowledgement that you exist. If you're not lucky you'll hit it when the staff and managers are surly and you'll very likely get whatever they pick up off the counter and hand to you and a lot of grief if you have the nerve to complain.
Service at Burger King is extremely slow and order accuracy is terrible.
Certainly, of the fast food restaurants in the area they rate the worst of the bunch. |
