Bartleys hamburgers are the best I've tried anywhere on the planet. Even better than the Cherry Cricket in Denver. |

I've lived in the area for 12+ years and haven't found another burger to come close. Their fries are good and the frappes get rave reviews (I haven't tried them). It's a bit of a dive, but so what? You don't go here for ambience, you go for the best freaking burger you'll ever have. |

I waited 35 minutes for a well done burger. When it arrived, it was rare. The waitress was annoyed that I sent it back. When a new burger came, it was pink. The waitress never apologized and the tables were not cleaned very well. I would never go back. |

Bartley's is legendary for both its legendary burgers and for the political-humor-themed menus, updated every month or two to remain topical. It's expensive, they only take cash, and there's no bathroom, but it's worth it. |
