Best Burgers in USA (not just LA)	Jan 7th, 2002
Without a doubt, this place has the best hamburgers in LA and, from my limited experience, the best I have ever had anywhere. Part of the "ambiance" of Cassell's is its feel of a NY diner (where they WILL call you names if you don't pay attention when ordering), so the question on service below is a bit befuddling. Try the potato salad which is made from scratch every day and has a hint of horseradish in it. All their ingredients are fresh every day. I hope Cassell's lasts forever.
