We stopped in here for lunch after a morning in Tombstone. Since much of Tombstone is dedicated to parting tourists from their money, we really didn't expect much in the way of great food. We were right.
One of us ordered cheese enchiladas; the other grilled cheese and fries.
The enchiladas were extremely bland and had the texture of just being microwaved, with clumps of half melted cheese. And the refried beans on the side, well I left them after one bite. Definitely not a recommended dish.
The grilled cheese was, well, grilled cheese. Made with American cheese and white bread it was nothing unexpected. On the upside, the french fries were good. Hot and crispy, and one gets a reasonable sized portion. |

It was either the hot weather or they just wanted to get us in and get us out. They need to be a little more children friendly. The attitude of the waitres made it difficult to enjoy the meal. It was our first day in Tombstone and first meal after a very long drive. We did not know what to think about all of the other restaurants after that insident but all the rest were great with our children. The food was good but the service made us decide never to go back. |
